Delivery Information

  1. Our aim is that you receive your items within 3 to 5 working days (for items readily available in our store for shipment) from the time you make the full payment and complete the transaction. However, there can be unexpected delay in shipment or due to any unforeseen circumstances, which may not be within our control. Since we employ a 3rd party shipping & logistics provider, we will endeavor to work closely with our partner to ensure you receive your item within the acceptable time-frame.

  2. Please allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery if the item is not in stock at our store, but available at our distributor. As for items that are neither in stock at store nor at the distributor, please allow 30 working days. We will update the customer accordingly. Customer can opt to wait or request for a refund. 

  3. Tracking numbers will be sent once the order has been dispatched. You can track your orders at the link provided in the same email.

  4. Please note that dispatch may take longer during the store’s peak periods (it will vary)

  5. Please ensure the delivery address, receiver’s name and contact numbers are accurate and complete (including any business name if delivering to a work address) so that the delivery can be made on schedule. Please note that we are unable to deliver to a P.O.Box.

  6. In the event that the recipient is found to be absent from the address specified by you and no other person is present to take the Delivery Item(s), the Delivery Provider will contact you as the Delivery Requester to request further instructions on how to proceed. In the event you cannot be contacted either; you authorize us to decide on your behalf as we deem appropriate. You acknowledge that additional charges might arise as a result of Delivery Request completion failure due to missing recipient.

  7. In the event that the item(s) or parcel is undelivered and/or unclaimed by the customer and parcel is returned to Wonderworld, the customer shall have to bear the cost of shipment to redeliver the item(s) / parcel.

  8. Please note that the shipping charges are based on per transaction per shipment.
If you opt for separate shipments for a single order, shipment charges are applicable accordingly.
