These terms of use are a legal agreement between us and describe the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our website and the services we offer including the sale of products to consumers.

  2. We may make changes to any products offered here, or to the applicable prices for any such products, at any time, without notice. This includes all promotional and non-promotional items as well.

  3. Every effort has been made to reflect product colours as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product. All drawings, photos, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on this website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them.

  4. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login name (User ID) and password to any other person. You are not to disclose your password to any other person. You are responsible for the use of your account, whether or not authorized by you. Wonderworld shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind suffered by you as a result of unauthorized use of your login name and password.

  5. For items that come with warranty, please keep the order receipt / payment that was made for your purchase, as it will be required to seek for warranty support, assistance and claims. For warranty purposes, you are required to liaise directly with the manufacturer or distributor of the said item purchased. However, our customer service is available to guide you via email, should you require. Please note, not all items come with warranty as per stated and shown on the website.

  6. Payment methods that are available for purchasing items over our website are Credit Card / Debit Card, Online Payment and Paypal. Should you wish to purchase items by cash, you are welcomed to walk-in to our shop located in Bandar Utama.

  7. Refunds generally take on average between 3 to 10 business days depending on the payment method used when making the transaction.

  8. We employ a reputable 3rd party shipping & logistics provider, to ship your order to you, once transaction is completed on our website. You shall receive email notifications on your order, and the tracking number shall also be emailed to you once the items has been shipped to you. This will allow you to track your own order.
